Author Guidelines

Template

Article template can be downloaded here.

Article title

The article title should be concise, clear, and informative, accurately reflecting the content of the manuscript. It must be written in Arial, size 16, bold font, with each word capitalized. The title should be aligned to the left and presented with single line spacing. Authors should avoid using overly technical or lengthy titles, ensuring it remains accessible to a broad academic audience.

Authors and affiliations

Author names should be listed using the format "First Name Last Name" and aligned with superscript numbers to indicate their corresponding affiliations. Each affiliation should include the department, organization name, city, and country. This information must be clearly presented below the article title to establish the professional and institutional context of the work.

 Corresponding email address

The email address of the corresponding author should be provided directly beneath the list of affiliations. It must be clearly labeled as “Corresponding author” followed by the email address, ensuring easy identification and communication throughout the review and publication process.

Abstract and keywords

The abstract must consist of a single, clearly written paragraph not exceeding 200 words. It should briefly state the purpose of the study, key methods, major findings, and principal conclusions. The abstract must be written in Arial, 10.5-point font, single-spaced, and fully justified. It should avoid including tables, figures, references, equations, or uncommon abbreviations. Only widely recognized terms should be used. Immediately following the abstract, authors must provide three to five keywords that best represent the article, separated by semicolons.

Section 1: Introduction

The introduction must be written in Arial, 11-point font with single spacing and a single space between paragraphs. It should provide relevant background, discuss the current state of knowledge, and identify the research gap. Authors should explain why the research is needed, outline previous related studies, and describe how their work addresses unanswered questions or unexplored areas. The introduction must include the research objectives and highlight the novelty or significance of the study. All references should be cited using superscripted Arabic numerals.

 Section 2: Methodology

The methodology section should clearly describe the research design, study subjects or sampling approach, data collection methods, and analytical techniques used. It must be presented in Arial, 11-point font with single spacing, and structured logically to reflect the order in which results will be discussed. Ethical considerations must be addressed where applicable. If a new method is introduced, it should be explained in detail. Subsections (e.g., 2.1) may be used to organize complex methods for better clarity.

Section 3: Results and discussion

This section must present the study’s findings and their interpretation using Arial, 11-point font with single spacing. Authors should summarize major results, compare them with previous research, and discuss scientific, practical, or theoretical implications. Limitations and possible future directions should also be addressed. The structure may include subheadings to separate different aspects of the discussion. Figures and tables, where used, must be referenced and described clearly in this section.

 Section 4: Conclusion

The conclusion should be a brief yet impactful summary of the most important findings. It must arise directly from the study’s results and address the research objectives. The conclusion should also mention the potential application or implications of the work. Written in Arial, 11-point font with single spacing, this section should not introduce new data or citations.

Acknowledgement

Any form of support, whether financial, institutional, or technical, should be acknowledged in this section. If there is nothing to acknowledge, this section may be omitted. Acknowledgements should be concise and limited to individuals or organizations who directly contributed to the work.

 Conflict of interest

Authors must disclose any financial, institutional, or personal relationships that could be perceived to influence the research. If no such conflicts exist, include the statement: "Competing interests: No relevant disclosures." This transparency helps maintain the integrity of the publication process.

References

References must follow the IEEE style and be listed in the order they appear in the text. In-text citations should use square brackets (e.g., [1]) and should not use ranges; instead, each reference must be cited separately. The bibliography should include all cited works such as journal articles, books, book chapters, and online sources, formatted according to IEEE standards. Authors are encouraged to use reference management tools like Mendeley, EndNote, or Zotero to ensure formatting consistency.

Units and nomenclature

All units of measurement should conform to the International System of Units (SI), and nomenclature must follow internationally accepted standards. Non-SI units may be used but must be converted to SI equivalents. Compound units should use a center dot (e.g., m·s⁻²), and authors are encouraged to consult IUPAC resources for terminology and symbols.

Figures and tables

Figures must be of high resolution (preferably 300 dpi), clearly labeled, and inserted using text boxes to maintain formatting stability. They should be center-aligned and in-line with text. Each figure must be numbered sequentially and accompanied by a caption placed below the figure. Tables should be presented in editable text format, not as images, and include captions above the table. Avoid vertical lines and cell shading. Number all tables in the order of appearance.

Mathematical formulae

Equations must be created using the Equation Editor or MathType and inserted as editable text, not images. Each equation should be numbered consecutively and aligned to the left with numbers in parentheses (e.g., (1), (2)). When referencing an equation in text, use “Eq. (1)” unless it begins a sentence, in which case write “Equation (1).” Variables must be clearly defined upon first use and italicized in the text.
