The project is about developing website indoor navigation for Kulliyyah of engineering at international Islamic university Gombak campus. The project will support the visual impaired community by guiding them to their destination inside the building. New hardware will be developed to aid this navigation, as the current GPS and Wi-Fi based methods are not accurate enough for indoor mapping because signal inside the building it does not give accurate results. As well, some projects use Wi-Fi to give the positional. In this project, it will update the KOE indoor maps to a website that will guide the visitors by giving them instructions form point to point. The white cane with accelerometer will help the visually impaired people to follow the instruction that was given by the web site. Sensors will also be implemented to detect the floor level, assisting in navigation within the building.
