FAKTOR MEMPENGARUHI PENERIMAAN IBU BAPA TERHADAP eWARIS

Abstract

School management system is a tool to communicate between school and parents. However the
implementation of that system only success if users have positive attitudes towards the
implemented system. The purpose of this study is to identify factors that influence parents’
acceptance towards eWaris school management system in a primary school under MUSLEH in
Klang Valley. Quantitative research using survey questionnaire has been used for data collection
and the respondents is 76 parents. Research model which was adopted from TAM consist of five
(5) constructs : usefulness, ease of use, facilities, social influence and information quality. The
findings shows that social influence is the main factor that influences parents towards using eWaris,
followed by usefulness. The research model explained about 40% variance on parents acceptance
towards eWaris school management system.
